Heel bizar hoeveel negatieve reviews ik hier lees over dit bedrijf. Ik heb al meermaals tickets via hen aangekocht. Aankoop, betaling, en levering van de e-tickets, alles is tot op vandaag (4 Juni 2022) helemaal correct verlopen. Ik heb de klantendienst nog niet gecontacteerd (niet nodig geweest).

This company is fraud. This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning.

For the first time i bought a ticket from budgetair even though it has many negative comments but positively it was a legit 3rd party ticketing i called also the call center and it was so fast service and very helpful thank you budgetair 😁.
