He's talking about the rowboat in the camp. It does this as you suspect, because of smart agro trying to reset. Instead of resetting in a smart way, it goes to the rowboat and gets stuck in a click loop.Cannoning rock crabs is not very afk, you have to constantly run around and aggro them, it's technically better ranged xp then afk at sandcrabs but your not getting hp xp. If your trying to get the best full afk rates it's ammonite crabs on fossil Island, no cannon.
